salmon eggs in front of a fish tank
Salmon in Schools:
The eggs were delivered early and might even hatch over the weekend! Everyone (students and staff) has been excited to watch them jump around and develop in the short time we have had them so far. Classes are coming down and getting mini lessons so be sure to ask your student if they have seen them yet. The Salmon in Schools program is at our school thanks to the  Mukilteo Surface Water Utility.

2026 Capital Bond Call To Action:
The district is looking for community members to serve on the 2026 Capital Bond Advisory Committee. The committee will help with a variety of data resulting in a set of recommendations for the Superintendent and School Board to use to determine projects for a possible 2026 bond measure to be presented to voters. We need representatives from every school community with varied perspectives to help balance the committee’s work. Meetings will be held on the first and third Tuesday of the month (in the evening) beginning January 21st and may run through early-mid June. Apply here to be part of this committee.
